Announcing a special 6-week class series focused on strengthening the core, improving mobility, flexibility, and balance, using body weight for resistance. At the end of the 6-weeks, you will have a stronger core and have more confidence with key bodyweight exercises like the plank, push-up, pull-up, and even more advanced core exercises like the dragon flag.
This special series with Coach Lisa will be held Sunday mornings at 9am and limited to 10 participants. Keeping it a smaller setting allows for more customizations and modifications, ensuring participants are challenged and supported appropriately.
The class dates are: 7/20, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24.
Core and Calisthenics training naturally go hand in hand. A strong core provides a stable base for effective calisthenics exercises. This class aims to improve overall functional movement and reduce the risk of injury.Additional benefits of a dedicated Core and Calisthenics class include:improved posture and balance, reduced risk of injury, enhanced athletic performance, improved daily activities, increased body awareness, and improved mental well-being.
