WHY STRENGTH CAMP?
You will improve your posture and move better. Every Strength Camp workout is broken down into three 20 minute phases: STRUCTURE, STRENGTH, AND SPEED. You will learn how to properly perform barbell lifts and BURN A LOT OF CALORIES. Fitness requires discipline; it's not easy. But you will be supported every step of the way and will become a STRONGER VERSION OF YOURSELF!
