•What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?

- I was drawn to Strength Camp SF initially because they offered 6 AM classes. After a few classes, I really started to appreciate the group setting that SCSF provides. It is so much better working out when you are being pushed by your fellow members and coaches.

•What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

- The main thing I wanted to achieve when joining was getting in shape and lose weight.

•Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

1. Drop 5% body fat

2. Lose around 30 pounds

3. Create a consistent workout routine (at least 90 days in a row)

•Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

- I am most proud of losing 5% body fat and losing weight. The reason they matter to me is because it has shown that I can be consistent and have maintained getting in a workout a number of times per week.

•What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

- People mentioned that I lost weight. Also that I have been more energetic.

•What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

- The biggest challenge is maintaining consistency. Our schedules are constantly changing and sometimes it is difficult to maintain a consistent routine. But progress is not a straight line — remembering that helps me move forward.

•What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

- The best part of Strength Camp SF is the community. Each member is supportive of one another, as well as coaches. It makes the workout more enjoyable knowing that we’re all pushing each other and we all want to see each other reach our health and fitness goals.

•Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

- Getting a bigger space that could fit more people. More than 20 people per class.

•Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

- The people that would benefit the most are those who have shown consistency in the gym for a certain period of time (maybe a couple months) but have a hard time being consistent for 6 months or longer. The community, the workout program, and flexibility (many classes throughout the day) all have helped not just myself but many other members maintain consistency and make getting stronger a normal part of our daily lives.

•What does “growing stronger” mean to you?

- Means that you are becoming the best version of yourself in all areas. Not just improving physically, but improving in all areas and being proud of the work that you have put in.
