- I wanted to kill 3 birds with 1 stone: get a good workout, save time, and join a community.
- I wanted to be more active and consistent with exercising so that I could build more muscle, become healthier, and feel more confident.
- Gain more muscle mass
- Lift more weights
- Be more physically active
- Since joining I’ve gained ~10 lbs of muscle mass, my posture has improved, and various aches/pains have subsided. This matters to me because I work an office job and find it very to be sedentary. I felt my posture getting worse and had tightness and weaknesses in many parts of my body due to sitting all day long, but Strength Camp SF has helped a lot with this, and my overall fitness level has improved.
- My significant other, friends, and family have all complimented me because they notice I look more fit and healthy!
- My biggest challenge in my fitness journey was being injured with a herniated disc. I had to recover, lower my ego, rebuild my exercise form, and ultimately realized that fitness is a marathon. My goal is to move well, be strong/functional, and be physically active for as long as possible.
- My favorite part is that the 1-hour classes are effective and efficient because the workout is very balanced: Warmup, stretches, weightlifting exercises, and then speed/accessory exercises. I don’t need to think or keep track of what exercises to do because Strength Camp SF makes it easy to learn and do the movements. The instructors also structure the workouts in a way where members rarely have to wait for equipment to be free.
- The main thing for me is better parking and more cleanliness.
- People who want an effective, efficient, and friendly gym would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF. The class structure has a very good combination of warmups, stretches, strength training, and speed/accessory exercises. It’s also only 1 hour so you don’t have to spend a lot of time at the gym. People also take the class seriously, so no one is on their phone, taking super long breaks, and hogging equipment like in regular gyms. And the community is also friendly!
- Growing stronger means improving as a person in multiple areas of life. Working out at Strength Camp SF has empowered me to be physically stronger, mentally stronger, more disciplined, and more confident in my day-to-day life.
