•  What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?

- I wanted to try something new and stay accountable for my health and fitness goals. What really drew me in was the community and the energy in the classes. I signed up the same day as my free trial!

•  What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

- I joined hoping to build consistency and strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Looking back, I can honestly say I’ve made it happen, and I’m grateful this gym gave me the space to do that.

•  Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

1. Stay consistent & committed to my overall health

2. Build muscle & lose weight

3. Hit PRs in deadlifts, squats, and bench press

•  Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

- Just showing up and putting in the work! I’ve hit some of my goals, and I know it’s always a work in progress. I also joined Strongman and signed up for my first competition this April! These wins mean so much because they remind me that I’m in control of my progress—and I get to do it alongside an amazing community.

•  What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

- “Damn, you’re so strong!”

- “You could lift me!”

- “Teach me how to lift like you!”

•  What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

- Learning how to rest properly and avoid getting sick. Every time I get sick, it feels like taking 10 steps back! But I’m figuring out how to prioritize recovery and overall health.

•  What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

- The community, hands down! The coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated, and the people are nothing but supportive. No judgment—just encouragement to lift heavier and keep going. Strength Camp SF is all about building each other up.

•  Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

- Bring back the sleds and maybe parking? but I know that’s out of your control.

•  Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

- Anyone! If you thrive in a supportive community and love pushing yourself to do better, this is the place for you.

•  What does “growing stronger” mean to you?

- It’s means adapting, learning, and growing in every way. Strength is physical, mental, and emotional. It’s about showing up for yourself and the people around you. Every challenge, even the tough ones, helps me become a better (stronger) version of myself!
