•  What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?

- I decided to join Strength Camp because I wanted to be active. What drew me to SC was the reviews on yelp, I liked that the reviews were from all genders and ages.

•  What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

- My goals when I first join was to move my body more and stay consistent.

•  Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

1. Lose weight

2. Get stronger

3. Finding a program that I was motivated to stick with

•  Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

- What I am most proud of is doing things that are out of comfort zone. I am proud that although at first I might not be good at something, I still try and give it my best to learn. I was not like this before. I am proud that I am doing things I had never imagined myself doing.

•  What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

- There was this one time I was doing overheard keg carry and someone said “damn that little girl can carry me”. There has also been a few times when I am doing my Oly lifting by the door and I look out the windows and people out there give me a thumbs up.

•  What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

- The biggest challenge I have faced in my journey is believing in myself. I get in my head a lot and miss lifts that deep down I know I could get.

•  What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

- My favorite thing about SC is the people, from with who I work out to the coaches. Everyone is really nice and supportive.

• Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

- I miss the turf lol.

•  Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

- Anyone that wants to try to better themselves or just wants to try something new.

•  What does “growing stronger” mean to you?

- Growing stronger means personal growth and muscle gainz growth.
