- February 2022. I joined because I just moved back to the Bay Area and I was looking for a gym just to get more in shape. I decided to do a class because I would just waste a lot of time just going to commercial gyms and wasn't productive.
- Honestly, I get the most compliments at the gym because everyone's super supportive. For the most part, people say I look a lot leaner, and a little bit more muscular.
- When you hit your plateau, it's hard to push through sometimes, but I think with the community here, you just kind of keep going. Pushing through is a lot easier.
- The biggest thing is the community here. I made a lot of friends and there’s a bar across the street that we always hit up right after. We have fun, but also work out hard.
- I think the gym could be a little bit more like remodeled. The turf over there is ripped up now. But I think, overall, nothing to complain about. You can definitely freshen the place up a little bit.
- I think I recommend anyone who wants to get in/stay in shape. I'm in my thirties now, and I'm in the best shape of my life.
- Going to this gym helped me open up more. You’re meeting all these new people and you're definitely in an uncomfortable position where you're pushing yourself on these weights. I think just coming here, putting yourself out there, pushing these weights and doing these exercises makes you stronger, both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
