•What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?

- I joined Strength Camp SF in June 2025. What drew me to the gym was the 6 week challenge. I was daring myself to see if I could endure 6 weeks of something that I’d NEVER done before. The time of  the classes and proximity from work and home was a HUGE plus as well. I’d driven past the gym a zillion times prior to joining!

•What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

- I wanted to feel stronger and learn how to weight train properly. I didn’t want to enter this arena without proper support and education.

•Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

1. Get toned

2. Build muscle

3. Lower body fat percentage

•Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

- I have achieved more than I ever imagined thus far (I know there’s MORE to come)! I’ve been consistent over the last 8 months and I’d never even touched a barbell, a dumbbell, a kettle bell…none of the bells prior to joining LOL! Who knew that I’d be able to deadlift 265lbs, or squat 215lbs or even flip a 400lb tire?! These achievements mean A LOT to me because all of this was unimaginable! Now, not only can I do these things, I’m setting the bar even higher! SLAP ON SOME MORE WEIGHT!

•What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

- The proof is in the pudding! One of the many positives has been becoming influential to others. People have noticed how I’ve changed, and that in turn has made them interested in strength training. It’s a wonderful feeling to not only have your personal transformation but it feels even better to know that your improvements motivate others!

•What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

- In full transparency, my biggest challenge has been bench press. It has not been easy for me to progress the way I’d like, however, it’s something that I will continue to work on! I WILL GET THERE!

•What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

- I love the community at Strength Camp SF. The support and encouragement is unmatched! I have to shoutout my coaches! Coach Jeremy, Jesiah, Kobe, Lisa, Min, Pat, Richard, I couldn’t do this without YOU! I appreciate you tremendously! Let’s gooooooo!!!

•Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

- It’s already been done! Thank you for the 7am Saturday class! Huge game changer!

•Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

- Everyone can benefit from joining Strength Camp SF, but I have to say LADIES come join us! Having the support of Coach Lisa (who was my 6 week challenge coach) set my journey, now lifestyle into motion! Coach Lisa’s approach and understanding of women’s needs is what has kept me in the game!

•What does “growing stronger” mean to you?

- Growing stronger means increasing my physical strength, but more importantly, my mental strength. The combination of the two makes me want to continue setting and achieving goals.
