• What made you decide to join Strength Camp SF, and what drew you to our gym?

- The great reviews! Also, the 6-week challenge didn’t hurt. I tried a lot of gyms before coming here. The challenge was a great way to get acquainted with the people, the gym and getting results.

• What were you hoping to achieve or change in your life when you first joined?

- I wanted to lean out and finally stick with a gym I liked.

• Before starting at Strength Camp SF, what were your top three fitness goals?

1. Lean out significantly/look great

2. Be good at push-ups and pull-ups

3. Have longevity in my health

• Since joining, what achievements are you most proud of, and why do they matter to you?

- I’m happy to have a lot more muscle and definition in my body. I also am proud that I can deadlift 300lb, because I think about where I was when I started about a year ago. It tells me I can eventually lift more than that!

• What compliments or positive feedback have you received since joining Strength Camp SF?

- A lot more people tell me I’m strong.

• What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your journey?

- Understanding how nutrition affects my workouts and goals. It’s a math I didn’t learn in school.

• What’s your favorite thing about Strength Camp SF, and what makes it stand out from other gyms?

- The culture is welcoming. This gym has attracted some genuine people and most folks are very approachable. That’s getting harder to find these days.

• Is there anything you would change or improve about Strength Camp SF to make the experience better for you?

- Showers with change rooms would be life-changing!

• Who do you think would benefit most from joining Strength Camp SF, and why?

- Folks who want muscle, because you’re going to get it once you come here consistently.

• What does “growing stronger” mean to you?

- One step at a time. Don’t quit.
