Richard Ibale

Richard was born and raised in Newark, CA. Growing up, Richard was always outside, playing as many sports as possible with friends. Quickly he realized health and eating are crucial aspects in any person’s life, as being overweight can pose a dilemma as soon as middle school. After deciding to join the football and track & field team as a junior & senior–losing weight in the process–he wanted to continue that path and focus his education on nutrition and fitness.

Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology, he wanted to work in the Corporate Fitness space and applied at EXOS to become a Health Fitness Specialist. 5 years has past. Richard is still at EXOS and is now a Program Manager for his own location in South San Francisco.

Richard has traveled different paths in his fitness journey, competing in Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, completing his Trifecta in Spartan races, two half marathons, and now indulging in his new interest: golf.

Richard not only loves working with people from all walks of life, he wants to foster and help grow the community. Leading alongside the rest of Strength Camp’s staff, Richard aims to make an impact on each and everyone who walks through those doors.
